Our services
V-load provides freight dispatching and back-office support services to owner operators and small carriers operating in the United States trucking market. Our services include load finding, rate negotiation, broker communication, invoicing support, cargo tracking, and carrier compliance management. The scope of services provided to each client will be agreed upon at the start of the working relationship.
Fees & payment
V-load charges a dispatch fee based on a percentage of the gross load rate unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This fee is deducted at the time of invoicing or factoring settlement. Any changes to the fee structure will be communicated in advance and require mutual agreement before taking effect. V-load does not charge hidden fees or setup costs.
Load acceptance & refusal
All load offers sourced by V-load are subject to your final approval before booking. You are never obligated to accept a load that does not meet your requirements. However, once a load has been accepted and confirmed with the broker, cancellation may result in penalties from the broker which are the responsibility of the carrier.
Limitation of liability
V-load acts solely as a dispatch and back-office representative. We are not a freight broker, carrier, or motor carrier. V-load is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or claims arising from freight operations, load execution, accidents, or broker disputes. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid to V-load for the specific service in question.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all business information, load data, rate details, and operational agreements confidential. V-load will not share your carrier information with unauthorized third parties, and clients agree not to share V-load's internal processes, broker relationships, or proprietary methods with competitors or outside parties.
Changes to these terms
V-load reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes and continued use of our services following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version will always be available on our website.
